City of Malmö implements care alarm platform from Viser
The City of Malmö implements the latest generation care alarm platform. Malmö have currently 42 nursing homes, of which the first homes are already in operation and an implementation plan is in place for selected priority homes in 2020.
The City of Malmö has procured a new agreement regarding care alarms for nursing homes. Malmö has a total of 42 homes with a varied need for new systems.
An agreement has been signed with Viser AB, which has been entrusted with delivering the care alarm platform as a complete function delivery 24/7/365. The new care platform enables the latest functions in the digitization of health and care.
This is what Helen Martinsson, head of department, special housing within the City of Malmö, says:
“The agreement is primarily intended to replace the current security alarms, but we have also focused on having a complete function service where the supplier has full responsibility for the function, availability and support. In addition to being a modern system platform that makes today's and tomorrow's digital support tools in health and care such as AI, digital supervision, positioning and integrations available. ”
The first nursing homes were installed in December 2019 and a roll-out plan is in place for the others in 2020.
"The establishment of the first homes has only been positive, the projects have delivered according to plan and the businesses are very satisfied with the new security system that has been long awaited." says Helen.
